Group Fitness

Bring group fitness into your spa, company or hotel/b&b. Get an edge by offering your clients group fitness classes at your facility, tailored to your clientele, little or no equipment required. If you have a space in your facility, I can bring in a qualified, certified instructor to conduct a class/classes as often as you wish. Make it a special event or offer a regular weekly schedule to your clients. Some of the options for group fitness classes include:

You can also determine the level of the class (beginner/intermediate/advanced) to accommodate you genre of clientele.

Yoga

Vinyasa style yoga involves linking several poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance, as well as relaxing the body and the mind, and calming the soul. This class teaches how to create body/breath awareness to calm and relax our bodies and clear our minds. Using inner focus, concentration and meditation lets you move at your own pace, respecting your bodies needs. Uniting body, mind and spirit in a compassionate, non-judgemental way will leave you uplifted, relaxed and centered.

Prenatal Yoga

Calming meditation and deep breathing to bring awareness to how your body feels, center your mind, and connect you with your growing baby. Gentle workout designed to loosen muscles, ligaments and joints, which will help you during labor and delivery. Increased strength, muscle tone, stamina, balance and flexibility to help you carry your growing baby more comfortably.

Pilates

Pilates targets the deeper muscles in the body, creating a strong core without the pain of conventional exercise. Increased abdominal strength, full body control, greater flexibility and posture are the focus. Some of the goals/benefits of pilates are longer, leaner muscles, core strength and stability, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, better posture, improved balance and coordination, enhanced athletic performance, heightened mind-body awareness and increased self-confidence. Pilates will help create a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.
