Welcome to my website! My name is Stephanie Sohan. I am a fitness enthusiast and group fitness instructor specializing in yoga and pilates.
I work in many gyms, community centres and corporate companies mostly based in the West-Island offering a variety of group fitness classes. I also work as a fitness animator and children's yoga instructor for various Preschools, teaching children movement, games and activities that get children up and moving to music and having fun. I love fitness and wish to help people to get fit and strong, eat healthy, have good postural alignment and deal with everyday stress though exercise and breathing.
